Data we collect

Through the contact and booking request forms we may collect:

• • First and last name
• • Phone number
• • Email address
• • Booking details (dates, locations, vehicle, options)
• • Any message you send us

Why we use it

Your data is used only to process and follow up your booking or contact request, and to reach you about your request. We never sell your data.

Online advance payment

When online payment is offered, you pay an advance on the rental price on the website; its amount is displayed before payment and the balance is paid to the agency. The advance is collected by LocaDigital SARL AU on its Payzone merchant account, through its payment gateway, and deducted from the rental price.

Your bank card is entered only on Payzone's secure page, with 3-D Secure authentication by your bank; neither LocaDigital nor the agency has access to card numbers. Your name, email address and phone number are not sent to the gateway. To create the payment, we only send it:

• • Your booking reference
• • A pseudonymous customer identifier assigned by our system
• • The advance amount and how it is calculated (booking total, percentage applied and, where applicable, the conversion rate)
• • The language of the payment page

Recipients

LocaTour Saiss is the data controller for your booking and contact data, which is intended for the agency. For the online advance payment, only the data listed above is shared with:

• • LocaDigital SARL AU, Oasis Offices Latitudes, Route de l'Oasis, Office 304, Maarif, 20410 Casablanca, Morocco, trade register Casablanca 737087, ICE 003988547000086, which collects the advance on its merchant account and runs the payment gateway (pay.locadigital.net); it receives this data as the collector of the advance and uses it only to collect, refund and account for the advance
• • Payzone, the payment service provider of LocaDigital SARL AU, which receives the reference, the pseudonymous identifier and the amount from the gateway, and processes the card details you enter on its page

Purpose and legal basis of the payment

This data is used only to collect the advance, confirm your booking once the payment is received and handle any refund, withdrawal or complaint, as set out in the “Online booking and payment” section of the rental terms.

This processing is necessary to perform your booking, whose advance you pay, and to meet the accounting and tax obligations of LocaDigital SARL AU for the advance and of the agency for the rental.

Retention

Data is kept only for the time needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations.

Advance payment data (reference, pseudonymous identifier, amount, payment date and status) and the related accounting records are kept by LocaDigital SARL AU for ten years, as required by Moroccan law no. 9-88 on the accounting obligations of traders. Payzone keeps the transaction data under its own legal obligations.

Analytics

Subject to your consent, we use Google and Meta audience-measurement tools. See our cookie policy. No analytics cookie is set before consent.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@locatour-saiss.com; for the advance payment data, you may also write to LocaDigital SARL AU at youssef.elaassri@locadigital.net. Deletion does not apply to data that must be kept by law, such as the accounting records of the advance.
